The COO will build the operating system that allows Money Tipps® to grow from a founder-led business into a scalable global organisation.

I'm Neil Doig, founder of Money Tipps®.
For more than 20 years, I have been fascinated by one question:
Why do so many people work hard, earn money and make important financial decisions, yet never receive a proper education in how money works?
Money affects almost every major decision people make in life, from buying a home and planning for retirement to investing for the future and creating financial freedom.
Yet financial education remains one of the biggest gaps in society.
My mission has always been to make money education simpler, more practical and accessible to everyone.
That is why I created Money Tipps®.

Working in energy trading at Shell Trading, gaining first-hand experience of global markets, risk and decision-making.
Working as a financial adviser for a FTSE 250 wealth management company, helping people navigate investing, pensions and long-term financial planning.
Becoming a qualified teacher, discovering the power of education and how to make complex ideas simple and engaging.
Studying and living in Oxford, where Money Tipps® is now based.
These experiences have allowed me to see finance from three different perspectives:
